What is going on in this video?
You're seeing the process of (in this order):

Selecting what galleries you want to submit
Choosing which sites to submit which galleries to
Quickly assigning submit sites using a Site Group
You'll see the Prefill Fields dialog appear - this is where you can pick categories, crop thumbnails, enter tags, etc.
Submit Machine taking control of Internet Explorer to perform submissions
Some of the galleries are being submitted so fast that you don't even see the form getting filled out and submitted further down the page
Viewing the Submission History to see that everything was submitted successfully
