How To: Add and Submit Your First Gallery
1) Go to the Manage Galleries screen by clicking the Manage Galleries button in the main window.
2) Now that you're in the Manage Galleries screen, right click on the All folder (or any other folder you like) and then click 'Add Gallery'.
3) The Create New Gallery screen will appear. Fill in all the fields to your linking, click the Browse button to select a thumb for the gallery. Then, click the 'Save' button.
4) Your newly saved gallery will appear in the list of galleries, under the folder you created it in. From here, you can right click on the gallery to edit the gallery, view the submit history for gallery, or delete the gallery.
5) Now that you've added your first gallery, you'll probably want to try submitting it. Click the check box under the 'Submit?' column. Then, click the Submit Checked Galleries button.
6) After you click the Submit Checked Galleries button, your gallery will appear in the 'Galleries to Submit' list on the main screen.
7) Click anywhere within the gallery in the list. The background of the selected gallery will turn blue.
8) Now that you've selected the gallery, double click on one of the sites in the Submit Site list. It will be checked. This means that the gallery you've selected will be submitted to the site you've checked. Let's start with a site that you don't need to log in to, like WenchDump.
9) Ready to submit your gallery? Click the 'Submit!' button.
10) The 'Prefill Fields' screen will come up. This screen will allow you to prefill some fields before you submit, things like cropped images, category selections, tags, babe names, etc. For example, in order to submit to WenchDump you must select the proper category.
11) Select the proper category for your gallery. Then, click OK. Sit back and watch now!
12) Submit Machine will begin submitting your gallery to the site you selected to submit to. An Internet Explorer window will pop up, and you'll see your the fields on the site being filled in while your gallery is being submitted to the site. The yellow text box is the one that Submit Machine is currently typing in. Submit Machine will then click the Submit button on the site, and close the Internet Explorer window. You've just done your first submission!
Obviously, this is the most simple scenario for Submit Machine. You can of course submit as many galleries as you want to as many sites as you want all at once. To read more about adding new galleries, visit the Gallery Manager help page.
