Submit Site Setup - Field Wizards

The Submit Site editor has three different wizards. Two simple wizards for retrieving login and submit button information, and the Field Wizard for retrieving all the submission fields from a submit page.

Submit Button Wizard

The Submit Button wizard is simple. Use is to retrieve the button that must be clicked in order to submit a gallery. Here is an example of what it looks like:

There is often more than one button on a submit page, so simply pick which button is the Submit Button and click Use This Field.

Login Info Wizard

Use the Login Info wizard to retrieve the fields used for username and password, as well as the button that is clicked to log in. Here is an example of what it looks like:

Select which field is the username field, which field is the password field, and which button is the log in button. The fields will be filled in with their corresponding name in the IE window, so be sure to check that if you aren't sure which field is which. Click Use These Fields to save the login info, then fill in your username and password, etc.

Field Wizard

Use the Field Wizard to grab all the different fields required to submit a gallery. Here is an example of what it looks like:

If the submit page requires a login, run the Login Info Wizard before running the Field Wizard. If Login is checked on the edit submit site screen, it will automatically be checked in the Field Wizard. The Submit URL is not required if Login Redirects to Submit is checked on the edit submit site screen.

Click 'Get Fields' and all of the available fields on the submit page will be populated with their corresponding names for identification. For SelectList fields, the Field Wizard also gives you the chance to select the value before saving the fields. Delete any fields that won't be used by clicking the 'X' button. Click 'Use These Fields' to keep the newly created fields.
