Submitting Help
The main menu of Submit Machine is where all the action takes place. This is where you select which sites to submit your galleries to.
Steps for Submitting:
1. Click Manage Galleries, create your new galleries. Check the galleries you want to submit and click 'Submit These Galleries'.
2. Select a gallery by clicking on it. Each gallery can be submitted to a separate list of sites. Check the sites you want to submit to for each gallery. If no sites are checked for a gallery, it will not be submitted.
3. Click Submit!
4. The submit process will run now, you'll see IE windows popup and do all the submissions. The process can be paused to correct a problem, or aborted completely if necessary. You can help the submission process by finishing up captchas, cropping images, etc. during the submit process. However, the IE windows will steal focus from the mouse and text sometimes, so it is best to do something else for 10 minutes while the process finishes, or schedule it overnight.
5. Come back when the submit process is finished, fill in a few captchas, crop some images, and you're done.
Features
Delayed Submission - Set the date / time to submit and check this before submitting. Great for submitting overnight or while out of town.
Site Groups - Submitting to the same sites all the time? Set up a Site Group to speed up the process. Useful for grouping sites into categories.
Submission History Log - Click to view the successes, failures, and details of everything submitted since Submit Machine was opened. This log is cleared when the program is closed, but submission history is saved and can be viewed by gallery or by submit site.
