Initial Setup

With the way the world of adult webmasters works, you simply cannot create a gallery, and go submit to all 53 sites right away.  Even if you could, all of the sites would be worthless and send you about five hits a piece.  Any site that will actually send traffic to your galleries probably at least has some very basic rules.

Some rule examples:

Hardlink required - Some submit sites may require that you set up what is called a "hardlink" back to their site, i.e. you must place something like "<a href="www.site.com">Site</a>" someplace visible on your site before you can submit to their site.

Ratio required - Some sites may require that you send them a certain amount of traffic before you can submit, i.e. you must send them at 50% of the traffic that they have sent to your site in order to continue to submit.

Limits - Some sites only allow you to submit a certain number of galleries per day, pay attention to these rules because spamming your galleries is a good way to get yourself banned.

Niche - Some sites only allow you to submit certain types of galleries, i.e. only submit galleries containing blonde women, or only submit movie galleries.  Some sites also request that you not submit certain types of galleries, such as hardcore galleries.

Things to do before you start submitting:

  1. Determine which sites you want to submit to.  If you don't have any movie galleries, you obviously don't want to submit to a site that only accepts movie galleries.  We'll be adding a section to the Edit Site screen that allows you to easily view the rules, visit the site, set up an account if necessary, and create your hardlinks.
  2. Set up your username and passwords on the sites you want to submit to or create an account if necessary.  The best submit sites usually require you to create an account.  If you use the same username and password for all of your sites, there is a utility in the Options screen to instantly set the username and password for every site.
  3. Set up your hard links and/or gallery trades! As mentioned previously, many sites will not allow you to submit without having a hard link back to the site or without maintaining a certain ratio.
  4. Now you can submit!
